18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All human beings featured in the video footage and still images posted on sexybabes.pics were 18 years of age or over at the time of the content's production.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The operator of sexybabes.pics is not the primary "producer" of any images or video recordings of explicit sexual or simulated sexual acts that may be displayed there. With respect to such, the operators limit their actions to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content supplied by third-party users. All user-furnished content displayed on sexybabes.pics results from the actions of those users, who have control of areas of the website that contain the content. The operators of sexybabes.pics are therefore excluded from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as established in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of the website may remove any images or videos if such are judged, as decided solely by the operator, to be indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with the polices and terms of use of the website.

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

All other visual depictions displayed on the website are not subject to the provisos of 18 USC 2257 Statement and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of acts as specifically listed in 18 USC 2257 Statement (2) (A) through (D), but are only depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual acts, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
